   Using data from the 2000 Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), this report provides estimates of medical care utilization and expenditures for children with and without special health care needs. These estimates include health care use, expenditures, and burden of child's health care costs as a percentage of family income according to demographic and other personal or family characteristics of the child.
